JHA received a Choice Neighborhoods planning grant to help the West End by facilitating investment and resources that encourages community growth.
The plan will focus on three main goals:

The plan will help individuals in the West End & Coopersdale Community by providing knowledge and resources that support their development growth.
Housing
Community stakeholders will identify opportunities that help modernize housing needs and support a wide variety of individuals and families.
Neighborhood
Help revitalize the West End and Coopersdale by making physical improvements that help encourage community growth.
